Supporting L&L Holdings efforts to garner investment and leasing interest in the 1568 Broadway redevelopment we designed a full room of experiences that highlight the features of the building.

  • Our job was to create a linear experience through the space where visitors would be immersed in the brand and progressively walked through the opportunity available at the site. From the Entryway Sequence and the Projection wall you visitors are introduced to a custom-made character. This directs them to the first physical model of the building to see the full opportunity. Then visitors enter the Immersion Theatre, a curved projection wall with a series of animations selectable through a Crestron Controller. Outside the theatre is another model of the Podium area that clamshells open. At which point the journey ends at the Interaction Zone, a large multi-screen application that houses all of the materials related to the redevelopment. The app uses an 80” touchscreen built into a table to control the video wall by the table.
